About ANDM

The digital authority of physicians, in Morocco

ANDM is a digital-authority agency dedicated to healthcare professionals in Morocco. Our job: to make sure the digital world — search engines and artificial intelligences — finally reflects the real expertise of caregivers, rather than an incomplete or false version of themselves.

The observation

A gap between what you know and what the internet says of it

A patient searching for a physician does not meet the physician: they meet what Google and the AI assistants say about them. Yet for most of Morocco's excellent practitioners, that representation is poor — a name scattered across three directories, no photo, no background, no content. Years of skill, invisible.

Meanwhile, the French- and Arabic-speaking web fills up with mass-produced medical content, without review or source. The contrast is untenable: those who know do not publish, and those who publish do not know. It is that gap ANDM exists to close — without ever inventing what does not exist.

Our conviction

"We do not manufacture reputation. We make an expertise that already exists legible. Your expertise is real: our work is simply to make sure the digital world understands it."

This is the line that decides everything we do — and everything we refuse to do. We don't make physicians better: we make sure the digital world finally understands they already are.

What sets us apart

Real authority versus manufactured authority

There is an industry that promises visibility by cheating. We take the opposite road: the only one that holds over time, and the only one compatible with medical ethics.

Real authority — our approach

  • Your own properties: your Google profile, your website, your directories — not a network of parasite sites.
  • Content signed by you, sourced and approved before publication — never written under a false name.
  • Authentic reviews, solicited within the ethical framework — never bought or orchestrated.
  • Honest measurement, showing the real state of your presence and its progress over time.

Manufactured authority — what we refuse

  • Networks of artificial sites and expired domains, built to deceive search engines.
  • Mass-generated content, without source or review, sometimes signed with names that do not exist.
  • Fake reviews, bought or orchestrated, that betray the patient's trust.
  • Dressed-up metrics, promising a spot no one can honestly sell.

The difference is not cosmetic: manufactured authority ends up sanctioned by search engines and turns against the practitioner. Real authority is anchored in what belongs to you — and it lasts.

Why Morocco, why now

The moment when it is all decided

The internet has become the first reflex

Connectivity has spread across Moroccan homes: before calling a practice, people search, read, compare. The first appointment is decided online, well before the first contact.

AI already answers patients

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity steer patients toward practitioners — or away from them. An AI can only cite what it can read; where there is nothing to read, it stays silent or generic.

Local medical content is missing

In French, in Arabic and even more so in Darija, the supply of reliable medical content is almost non-existent for most specialties. The ground is open for those who publish accurately — from today.

We cite no figure here without sourcing it. Our verified Moroccan data is gathered on The figures.

Our framework

Three guardrails, on every line

Moroccan medical ethics, as the starting point

The Code of Medical Ethics allows factual information and prohibits advertising. Our whole method holds in that distinction: we produce verifiable information useful to the patient, never promotional content.

Physician approval, always

Nothing appears under a name without the written agreement of the person who bears it. The practitioner corrects, rejects, signs. They remain the author and the party responsible for what is published about them.

Transparency about AI, no smoke and mirrors

Our content is written with the help of an artificial intelligence bound by a precise protocol — ethics, official sources, an informative tone — then reviewed, sourced and submitted for approval. We give the framework, not the set dressing.

Who we support

Two realities, two distinct pathways

The authority of a name and that of a facility are not built the same way. We never mix the two: each has its own pathway, its own examples and its own approach.

Our commitments

What we will never do

Promise a position on Google or in AI assistants — no one can honestly do so.
Publish content under a name without the written approval of the person who bears it.
Fabricate, buy or orchestrate patient reviews.
Produce medical content without source or review.
Work with a practitioner whose credentials have not been verified.
Lock a client in: accounts, domain and content belong to them.
