Privacy policy

This English page is provided for convenience only. The French version is the legally binding one.

This page explains, plainly and without jargon, how ANDM — Autorité Numérique des Médecins collects and uses the personal data entrusted to us through this site. We work with healthcare professionals: discretion and rigour in handling information are part of the job. Our practice follows the spirit of law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

What data do we collect?

Only what you provide to us voluntarily:

  • Through our forms (audit request, portal sign-up, contact): identity, specialty, city, contact details, the objective you state, and your answers about your online presence.
  • Through the documents you upload to your portal (diplomas, certificates, elements of your professional background): they serve solely for the documentary verification our method calls for.

We collect no patient data whatsoever: our work concerns the practitioner's public presence, never their medical records.

Why this data?

Three purposes, no more: to prepare and carry out digital-authority audits; to deliver the agreed services (foundations, content, measurement); and to get back to you regarding your request. We do not use your data for mass outreach, and we build no database for any other purpose.

Is your data passed on or sold?

No. Your data is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible only to the people who need it to deliver the service, and to the technical providers strictly required to run the site (hosting), who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

How long do we keep it?

For the duration of the relationship, no longer than is reasonable: data tied to an audit request left without follow-up is deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange; data tied to a service is kept for the duration of the engagement, then archived for the length of our legal and accounting obligations before deletion. The verification documents uploaded to your portal are deleted on simple request.

Your rights

At any time you have a right of access, rectification and objection over the data concerning you. A single email to contact@andm.ma is enough: we reply within a reasonable time, with no form to fill in and no justification required for a simple access or deletion request.

Cookies

This site uses no third-party advertising or tracking cookies: no social network pixels, no audience resale. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set — for example to keep your practitioner-portal session alive. They serve no other purpose.
