Service · Phase 1

The foundations: one name, accurate listings, everywhere

Before any website and any content, the basics have to be right: a single spelling of your name, a claimed and complete Google profile, directories that tell the truth about you. It is the least spectacular phase of our method — and the one without which nothing else holds.

The starting point

Present everywhere, consistent nowhere

The Moroccan paradox fits into two figures from the e-health White Paper (Mohammed V University of Rabat): 94% of healthcare professionals use social networks in their practice, yet only 13% use them to build visibility or reputation. Practitioners are online — in fragments. A profile created automatically here, a half-filled directory listing there, a Facebook page opened one day and left to fallow. Meanwhile patients are massively connected: 89.2% of households have internet access and 91.7% of Moroccans own a smartphone (ANRT, ICT survey 2024). Every empty or contradictory listing is therefore being read — by real patients, and increasingly by machines drawing conclusions from it. Detailed sources on the numbers page.

The mechanism

Why consistency is the number-one signal — for Google and for AI

Google does not rank isolated pages: it builds an entity for each practitioner — a single file to which it tries to attach everything it finds: Google Business profile, directories, website, social networks, mentions. The thread tying those pieces together is NAP consistency: name, address, phone number, identical to the character. When everything matches, each new listing reinforces the same entity, and Google's trust accumulates in one file. When spellings diverge or two addresses circulate, Google opens several weak files instead of one strong one — and no longer knows which to display.

AI raises the stakes further. ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity never settle for a single source: they cross-check everything their underlying search engines return. Faced with concordant data, the AI consolidates and answers with confidence. Faced with contradictory data, it hesitates, mixes practitioners up — or flags the doubt to the patient. Consistency is therefore not an administrative detail: it is the very condition for machines to be able to talk about you correctly at all. That is why it is phase 1 of our method, before the website and before any content.

Three real situations

What our audits find — and how we fix it

The physician with three spellings
« dr [his name] avis »

A recurring audit finding: the same practitioner written with an accent on his Google profile, without the accent in a directory, first name abbreviated on Facebook. Three weak entities instead of one strong one: his reputation, reviews and mentions are diluted across 'people' the machines never connect.

A single official name is agreed with the practitioner, then applied everywhere — every platform corrected and documented.

The listing nobody created
« cabinet [specialty] [district] »

Google creates listings automatically from the data it collects. A frequent outcome: a profile exists in the practitioner's name — no photos, wrong opening hours — and nobody controls it. Patients consult it every week; some give up when faced with a listing that looks abandoned.

Official claiming (Google validation letter within 1 to 2 weeks), then full completion: photos, hours, services, description.

Reviews handled cleanly
« ce médecin vaut-il la peine ? »

Two symmetrical failures: the practitioner who buys reviews — forbidden, detectable, unworthy of the profession — and the one who replies to reviews confirming consultation details, breaching medical confidentiality without meaning to. Both destroy the very trust they were trying to build.

No bought reviews, none solicited in exchange for anything; courteous, general replies, prepared with a template compliant with the 2022 Code of Medical Ethics.

The intervention

What we correct, platform by platform

WorkstreamWhat we doWhat it changes
Unified identityOne official name, agreed with you, applied on every platform — spelling, titles, address, phone number.Google and AI finally consolidate a single entity: every future signal reinforces the same file.
Google Business profileClaiming (postal validation letter: 1 to 2 weeks, a Google-imposed delay we trigger on day one), then full completion: photos, hours, services, attributes, description. The most-consulted surface of your presence becomes accurate, alive, and under your control.
Moroccan directoriesDabaDoc, Med.ma, Medicalis and the directories relevant to your specialty: listings claimed, bio, degrees, procedures, photos. Each directory stops being an empty listing and becomes one more consistent citation for your entity.
Duplicates & namesakesInventory of ghost listings, duplicate pages and namesakes, then merging, claiming or reporting through the channel each platform provides. The signals stop contradicting each other; the machines stop mistaking you for someone else.
Professional photosPortrait and practice shots by a partner photographer — the most visible element of your entire presence, rolled out across every listing. The first impression, on every surface at once, finally reflects the reality of your practice.
Before/after reportEvery listing documented before and after intervention, screenshot attached, in your dashboard. You see exactly what changed — we never ask to be taken at our word.

Observed total duration: 3 to 5 weeks, paced by the Google validation letter. It is not the most visible phase — but in our audits, it is almost always where the easiest points to win are hiding. Your exact starting point? That is what the free audit measures.

How it unfolds

Three steps, no surprises

1

Collection

Your official information — exact name, degrees, address, opening hours, procedures — provided once through your secure portal. It becomes the single reference everything else derives from.

2

Intervention

Claims, forms, platform-by-platform corrections. The Google claim goes out on day one; while the letter is in transit, we handle directories, duplicates and the photo session in parallel.

3

Verification

Every corrected listing re-checked, a before/after report with screenshots, your authority score updated. The foundations are laid — the website and the content can now build on them.

Two targets, one shared base

Consolidating a practitioner, or consolidating an institution

Consistency is the number-one signal in both cases — but what needs unifying is not the same. For a physician, we consolidate a person; for a clinic, we consolidate a brand and all its practitioners and departments. The two scopes, and therefore the two prices, stay distinct.

For a physician in private practice

We unify your identity as a practitioner: a single spelling of your name, a Google profile you own, accurate directories.

  • One official name agreed with you, applied everywhere.
  • Google Business profile claimed and completed (photos, hours, procedures).
  • Moroccan directories (DabaDoc, Med.ma, Medicalis) claimed and filled in.
  • Duplicates and namesakes handled, photo session at your practice.

Frequently asked questions

What practitioners ask us

How long does the Foundations phase take?

3 to 5 weeks in most cases. The main bottleneck is claiming your Google profile, which usually requires a postal validation letter: allow 1 to 2 weeks for that letter alone — a delay set by Google that cannot be shortened. We therefore start that process on day one and handle directories, duplicates and photos in parallel while the letter is in transit.

Who does what? How much of my time does it take?

You provide your official information once — exact name, degrees, address, opening hours, procedures — through your secure portal, then you approve what we prepare. Everything else is on our side: claims, forms, platform-by-platform corrections, tracking the Google letter, follow-ups. The only step that requires your physical presence is the photo session at your practice.

Am I allowed to manage my reviews? What do the ethics rules say?

You are entitled to let your patients express themselves freely and to reply with courtesy and restraint — never buy reviews, never offer anything in exchange for a review, and never confirm in a reply that someone is your patient: that would breach medical confidentiality. We prepare reply templates compliant with the 2022 Code of Medical Ethics: thank the person, stay general, invite direct contact. It works precisely because it is honest.

What happens if duplicates or ghost listings exist?

They do, in most of our audits: a Google profile created automatically, a second Facebook page long forgotten, an old address still online. We inventory them, then handle each one through the channel each platform provides: merging, claiming, or reporting for removal. Processing times depend on the platforms; every request is documented in your portal until it is resolved.

What follows

Once the basics are in place

The foundations are invisible — but they carry everything else. On an entity that is finally consistent, the website you own gains a footing, signed content can be cited, and share of voice in AI has a base to grow from.
